  • 1 Egg per mix
  • Vegetable oil (excluding grapeseed oil)
  • Water

Simple Steps

Step 1:
In a bowl, combine 1 cake mix with 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons (30 ml) of water, and 1 egg. Mix well using a whisk.

Step 2:
Fill the cupcake cups with the batter up to 70-80% full and place the chicken breast chips on top.

Step 3:
Choose one of the following baking options:

  • Microwave: Cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
